Return/Refund Policy

• All refused/returned orders will be charged 25% of the item amount for restocking fee plus all original and return freight charges back to our warehouse, no exceptions.
• SUBARU AUTO SPARES is not responsible for any damages occurring during shipment of any engine, transmission, or part. 
• SUBARU AUTO SPARES is not responsible for any expenses involved in the applications of our products. (Shipping, Labor, Transport Etc.)
• We cannot accept any engine or transmission in return if it was disassembled or parted. 
• Items should be returned in the same condition as it was received by the buyer.
